| 为了提高我省群众对艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播的认识，为孕产妇提供预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播的综合防治服务，最大程度减少因艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播造成的儿童感染，改善妇女、儿童和生活质量及健康水平，近日，由省卫生厅承担、省妇幼保健院具体实施的全省预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作正式启动。
为了做好这项工作，我省制定了《青海省预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作实施方案》，全面、整合开展我省预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作。将建立健全适合我省省情的预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作的管理和服务模式；提供相应服务的人员培训率达到90%以上，孕产妇艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测率分别达到80%以上，艾滋病、梅毒感染和乙肝表面抗原阳性孕产妇所生儿童采取预防母婴传播干预措施的比例分别达到90%以上。
据省妇幼保健院有关负责人介绍，项目实施后，我省将广泛开展健康教育，预防育龄妇女感染；提供艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝的咨询与检测服务；为感染的孕产妇及所生儿童提供孕产妇期保健和儿童保健服务；为艾滋病感染、梅毒感染、乙肝表面抗原阳性孕产妇及所生儿童提供干预措施；为艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝感染孕产妇提供关怀和支持。(作者:李欣)

Qinghai Province to prevent AIDS, syphilis and start working mother to child transmission of hepatitis B

In order to improve the people in our province for AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B awareness of mother to child transmission, to provide HIV prevention for pregnant women, syphilis and hepatitis B integrated control of mother to child transmission services, to minimize by AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B in children caused by mother to child transmission infection, to improve the women, children and quality of life and health, recently, the provincial health department commitment, the provincial MCH specific implementation of the province's AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B mother to child transmission officially started.
In order to do this work, the province formulated the "Qinghai Province to prevent AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B PMTCT implementation of the program," a comprehensive, integrated province to carry out AIDS prevention, mother to child transmission of syphilis and hepatitis B work. Hunan Province will establish conditions for the prevention of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B working mother to child transmission of management and service delivery model; provide training services to more than 90% rate, maternal AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B detection rate of 80% above, AIDS, syphilis infection and hepatitis B surface antigen positive pregnant women to prevent mother to child transmission of children born to the proportion of interventions were more than 90%.
According to the provincial MCH person in charge, project implementation, the province will carry out extensive health education, prevention of infection in women of childbearing age; provision of HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B counseling and testing services; for the infected children born to pregnant women and pregnant maternal and child health services for health; for AIDS, syphilis infection, hepatitis B surface antigen positive pregnant women and children born of interventions; as AIDS, syphilis and hepatitis B infection in pregnant women to provide care and support.
