甘肃省逐步扩大中医药治疗艾滋病试点范围

本报兰州讯(记者宜秀萍)记者从近日召开的全省中医药治疗艾滋病项目启动会上获悉：从今年开始，我省中医药治疗艾滋病试点将在原有天水市的基础上，新增兰州市和临夏回族自治州，并通过不断总结经验，逐步在全省推广。
据介绍，2008年5月29日，国家中医药管理局将天水市列入中医药治疗艾滋病试点项目地区，天水市疾控中心随即开展了相关临床研究，成功研制出用于治疗艾滋病的中药制剂“扶正逐毒丸”，获得省食品药品监督管理局批准，成为我省首个治疗艾滋病的院内中药制剂。去年以来，天水市采用中医药累计治疗艾滋病病人和病毒携带者34例，经治疗，绝大多数病人临床症状得到缓解，能准确反映人体免疫力状况的CD4T淋巴细胞数开始回升，总有效率为75%。
为了进一步推动此项工作，去年年初，省中医药管理局成立了省中医药治疗艾滋病试点工作组，随后，天水市也成立了市中医药治疗艾滋病领导小组及专家组，对首批治疗的艾滋病病例，专家们采取扶助正气，驱逐毒邪，调整阴阳的办法进行了辨证施治，取得一定成效。今年，在上述三个试点地区，专家们将采用中医药、中西医结合和真气运行三种治疗方法，分别对150名艾滋病病人和病毒携带者进行干预治疗。

This year, in the three pilot areas, the experts will be used in medicine, Integrative Medicine and infuriating to run the three treatments, respectively, and 150 AIDS patients and HIV carriers to therapeutic intervention.
