   本报讯 近日,记者从中科院昆明动物研究所获悉,该所博士生周衍衡和刘丰亮等人在导师郑永唐指导下,对中缅边境地区静脉吸毒人群艾滋病和肝炎的感染情况进行了比较研究,发现该区静脉吸毒人群丙肝感染率最高。该成果已发表在美国《公共科学图书馆》(PLoS ONE)上。
    “目前,国际和国内对云南省边境地区静脉吸毒人群艾滋病、乙肝和丙肝流行病学比较研究很少。”周衍衡和刘丰亮说,为了给我国和云南省制定艾滋病防治规划和进行干预活动提供科学依据,他们对来自云南省德宏州的403名中国籍静脉吸毒者及与德宏州接壤的缅甸地区318名缅甸籍静脉吸毒者的艾滋病、乙肝和丙肝感染情况进行了比较研究,发现无论是在中国籍静脉吸毒人群,还是在缅甸籍静脉吸毒人群中,丙肝的感染率最高,而艾滋病的感染率最低。中国籍静脉吸毒人群中感染艾滋病、乙肝、丙肝,或同时感染其中2至3种病毒的感染者,比例都要高于缅甸籍静脉吸毒人群中的比例。同时,中缅两国静脉吸毒人群的HIV感染率与往年相比均有一定程度的下降。
    而刘丰亮在郑永唐和香港中文大学教授邓亮生指导下进行的另一项研究发现,静脉吸毒者体内的一种基因突变极有可能保护吸毒者免受艾滋病感染。
    刘丰亮介绍,为了对付艾滋病病毒的感染,灵长类针对艾滋病病毒在细胞内的复制过程,产生了各种抑制病毒复制的限制因子,如三模体蛋白5α、束缚蛋白和锌指结构抗病毒蛋白等。限制因子的基因多态性往往与个体对病毒易感性和感染后病程进展的差异密切相关。
    他们对云南省1294名汉族或傣族静脉吸毒者的三模体蛋白5α的基因多态性与艾滋病病毒易感性相关性进行研究,共发现14个基因变异,除之前已有报道的几个重要的SNP位点之外,还新发现了一些罕见的突变位点。通过对这些位点进行相关性分析研究发现:H43Y的纯合突变基因型在静脉吸毒艾滋病感染者中频率显著低于静脉吸毒艾滋病未感染者,并且这种统计学差异在对数据进行民族方面的分层分析后仍然存在,这就提示H43Y在中国静脉吸毒者中极有可能起保护作用。该成果近期已发表于著名艾滋病学术期刊JAIDS。(张雯雯)
