落实四免一关怀政策 广东成立艾滋病诊疗质控中心

中新网广州3月3日电(方琼玟 粤卫信)广东省卫生厅3日下午向媒体通报，为进一步落实“四免一关怀”政策，加强对艾滋病病毒感染者和患者的救治、关怀，加强艾滋病诊疗人员队伍建设，规范诊疗服务行为，提高诊疗水平，广东省卫生厅近日成立了广东省艾滋病诊疗质量控制中心。
据了解，该中心挂靠广州市第八人民医院，由广州市第八人民医院、广东省疾病预防控制中心、广东省人民医院、中山大学附属第三医院、南方医科大学南方医院、暨南大学附属第一医院、广东省司法警察医院等医疗卫生单位的艾滋病诊疗领域的相关专家组成。
近年来，广东艾滋病疫情快速增长的势头得到初步遏制。2010年广东新发现的艾滋病感染者和病人数比去年同期下降了4.6%，全省艾滋病感染者报告数从2004年全国第四位逐步下降到了第六位，累计免费抗病毒人数逐年增加，截至2010年底，广东共有18个地市和监狱系统开展了免费艾滋病抗病毒治疗，累计治疗成人4705人，在治疗病人达3701人。
广东省艾滋病诊疗质量控制中心主要负责协助广东省卫生厅开展全省艾滋病诊疗管理有关工作，对全省艾滋病诊疗工作规划、政策、方案的制定和修改提出建议；负责全省艾滋病诊疗工作的技术指导、培训，参与调研、督导，促进各项诊疗措施的贯彻落实；负责草拟全省艾滋病抗病毒治疗药物的计划、供应和管理方案，并受卫生厅委托负责具体实施；负责全省艾滋病治疗信息系统的管理和相关信息的上报，建立和完善全省药品管理信息系统；组织艾滋病诊疗的业务交流与合作；制定广东省艾滋病治疗质控工作方案，落实质控措施。
