浙江将把艾滋病机会感染纳入农村医保

新华网杭州４月１３日电（记者王怿文）浙江省从２０１１年起进一步提高艾滋病机会感染医疗保障水平，把艾滋病机会感染纳入新农合大病救助。
浙江省卫生厅副厅长张平１２日在新闻发布会上说，２０１０年浙江省报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人１９７１例，ＨＩＶ抗体阳性检测率为０．０３５％，浙江省的艾滋病疫情仍属于低流行省份。张平表示，将艾滋病机会感染纳入新农合大病救助，是因为这些疾病对普通百姓特别是农村家庭而言，需要付出的医疗费用较高，极易造成这些家庭因病致贫、因病返贫。
机会感染是指当人体的免疫功能下降时，原本已经寄生在人体中一些侵袭力较低、致病力较弱的病原体造成的疾病，或者是对致病菌的易感性增加所造成的感染。张平表示，目前，浙江省有关部门正在制定艾滋病纳入新农合大病救助后的具体报销比例以及实施方案。
据介绍，近年来浙江省艾滋病人抗病毒治疗工作稳步推进，目前正在接受治疗的有１５２１人，ＨＩＶ感染者接受定期随访检查的有３７４３人。
浙江省政府副秘书长陈广胜介绍说，目前浙江省新农合参合人数为２９６５．５万人，参合率为９２％。
