为进一步加强全省性病艾滋病检测实验室网络建设及质量管理工作，落实2011年实验室考核指标，省疾控中心于2010年4月14～16日在兰州举办了“2011年甘肃省医疗卫生机构性病艾滋病实验室质量管理培训班”。省卫生厅医政处处长滕贵明，省疾控中心党委书记、副主任孟蕾，省卫生厅疾控处王之虎主任出席会议,全省各级医疗卫生机构筛查实验室的169名学员参加了会议.
开班式上滕贵明处长就重视加强实验室管理、规范操作保证质量、持续发展提高实验室检测水平三个方面做了要求。孟蕾书记强调在“十二五”开局之年，为贯彻落实好国务院通知精神，做好艾滋病防治工作，希望全省各级医疗卫生机构严格从以下五个方面提高自身要求：1.认真学习和贯彻落实国务院《进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》精神，切实落实好“五扩大、六加强”的艾滋病、性病和丙肝防治措施。2.加大医疗机构艾滋病筛查实验室能力建设。落实国家艾滋病筛查实验室在二级及二级以上医疗机构覆盖率不低于70%的要求。3.扩大检测，切实推动艾滋病检测咨询(PITC)工作的进步。4.加强实验室检测数据信息上报及时性和准确性。5.规范实验室管理，加强生物安全。
培训班上，省疾病预防控制中心性病艾滋病防治科和性病艾滋病检测实验室的科室人员就艾滋病流行形势及HIV自愿咨询检测工作做了介绍，对2010年我省艾滋病实验室的质量管理及质量考评和检测工作做了总结，对2011年的实验室工作计划进行了布置。介绍了性病和HIV临床检测技术进展及应用、分子生物学实验室的设置要求、实验室HIV检测数网络上报系统应用及HIV抗体诊断试剂临床质量评估情况等与临床实验室密切相关的内容。此外培训班还邀请天水市第一人民医院和甘南州血站的实验室人员进行了工作经验介绍并进行了班前、班后测试，达到了预期的目的。(性病艾滋病检测实验室)
