王文珍，海军总医院护理部总护士长，先后荣立三等功1次、二等功1次，受到各级表彰嘉奖23次。先后参加抗击非典、汶川地震等重大任务，在汶川地震救灾中救治伤病员109名。2009年，王文珍获得第42届南丁格尔奖章。2010年，王文珍随“和平方舟”号医院船奔赴亚非五国执行“和谐使命2010”医疗服务任务。
王文珍很平凡，很普通，普通得不能再普通。
王文珍常说，护士的天职是照顾病人。
她为一名有艾滋病史的病人吸痰，呕吐物喷了一脸，没有任何怨言。非典时期，她在非典一线中坚持了122天。
非典一线接诊122天
让年轻护士退到安全地带，独自清理非典患者排泄物，并处理尸体
2003年3月11日，海军总医院急诊接诊了第一例非典病人。在随后的122个日日夜夜，她一直在非典病房。
医院有一位重症非典女病人，传染了3人，不配合治疗，情绪非常低落，执意轻生。王文珍知道她有个9岁的女儿后，从孩子入手劝病人坚强，病人很快配合治疗。
让同事印象更深刻的是，一天，已下班的王文珍，听说一位非典病人病情恶化，立即返回抢救，3小时后病人抢救无效去世。由于病人的呕吐物、排泄物、尸体传染性极强，王文珍让年轻护士退到安全地带，自己独自消毒、清理病人的排泄物、处理尸体。
王文珍在非典一线连续工作了122天，直到非典结束。王文珍家距离病房只有50多米，女儿想妈妈，只能拿着望远镜向对面的病房看。
为艾滋病人吸痰
无论达官显贵，还是艾滋病人，在她的眼里同样是病人
同事们说，王文珍不仅勇敢尽责，而且非常有爱心。
1993年10月，一位吸毒的病人被送到海军总医院急诊抢救，病人有艾滋病史，送来时处于昏迷状态，呼吸道有大量分泌物。
王文珍在为病人吸痰时，病人突然将呕吐物喷了她一脸。为了防止病人窒息，她顾不上清洗，继续为病人吸痰以快速为病人输液。
“当时我们都觉得很惊险。”一位护士告诉记者，王文珍后来说，他是一个病人，无论他是达官显贵，还是一名艾滋病人，在她的眼里都同样是病人，她帮助病人挽救生命是职责所在。
余震进危楼抢救病人

2008年5月12日四川汶川大地震，王文珍作为海军总医院冯理达医疗队的护理主任于13日到达绵阳重灾区。
一位因颅脑损伤而昏迷的重伤员，需要立即进行开颅手术，王文珍把病人抬进空无一人的绵阳医院11层手术室进行手术，而此时绵阳医院大楼已经因地震发生倾斜。他们在余震中把手术做完。
与王文珍同去的谭晓骏护士长说，有一次在绵阳中心医院，王文珍和同事下班没多久突然发生余震，她和同事们想到卧床重病人，立即跑回医院，由于电梯停运，她们把伤员一个个从楼梯往下抬，抬到最后一名病人时，王文珍体力透支，昏倒在地。
歉疚母亲病逝未在家陪护
母亲生病，医院有紧急任务，王文珍选择了返回工作岗位
在医院，王文珍是尽职尽责的护士长，是患者们信任的“白衣天使”。然而，由于工作忙碌，对于家人，尤其对母亲，她一直深感愧疚。
1993年，王文珍母亲病危，她刚刚从北京赶回天津老家，就接到科里打来的电话，让她赶紧回去执行紧急任务。一边是病危的母亲，一边是放不下的病人，王文珍选择了提前回去。任务完成后，她潸然泪下，在她回去的第二天，她的母亲病逝了。
“直到现在，我对母亲病逝时没有在她身边还是有歉疚的。母亲从小对我最好，当时我要离开的时候，她的眼神也是不想让我走，现在回想起来当时挺狠心的。但是工作总是要做，所有的军人都是这样。”王文珍说。

护理人员爱心缓解医患矛盾
昨天，接受本报记者采访时，王文珍表示，病人有急躁情绪很正常，护理人员要用爱心缓解医患矛盾。
新京报：你的领导说，中国的护士都能像王文珍一样，医患矛盾会减少一大半。你怎么看医患矛盾？
王文珍：医患矛盾有社会大氛围的因素，有医院方面的因素，有医生方面的因素，也有患者方面的因素。病人交给我们的是生命，护理工作要有责任感和爱心，如果大家都能做到，医患矛盾一定会好一些。
新京报：有人讲，现在的医患矛盾有很大一部分原因是医患双方的沟通问题。
王文珍：拿护理来说，护士和患者之间的矛盾常常因为解释不到位，交待不够仔细，我想这是沟通造成的。我当过病人，病人进医院挂号要排队、看病要排队、取药要排队、检查要排队，到护士那儿也要排队，本身就是带着病痛来医院的，病人有急躁情绪是很正常的。我和护士讲，要有耐心，有爱心，医患矛盾就会缓解。本报记者 邢世伟
