铁道部：扩大高铁和客流较大车站防艾宣传覆盖面

: 4月21日上午，铁道部艾滋病防治协调小组第八次会议在北京召开。会议总结了2010年铁路系统艾滋病防治工作，并研究部署了2011年铁路系统艾滋病防治工作。铁道部党组成员、副部长彭开宙主持会议并讲话。
2004年国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会成立。铁道部作为成员单位同年召开了艾滋病防治协调小组第一次会议，此后每年召开会议持续至今。
会上，彭开宙充分肯定了2010年铁路系统艾滋病防治工作取得的成效，阐述了当前艾滋病防治工作形势。他指出，党中央、国务院历来高度重视艾滋病防治工作。铁道部作为国务院防治艾滋病工作委员会成员单位，要切实增强责任意识，贯彻落实 《国务院关于进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》精神，针对站车人流密集的特点，充分发挥铁路大众化交通工具的优势，利用视频、图册等宣传形式，将公益性、知识性和情节性相结合，增强宣传效果，扩大宣传覆盖面。各部门要加强组织领导，履行各自职责，坚持常抓不懈，注重防治效果，继续深入推进铁路系统艾滋病防治工作。
2011年，铁路系统将以 “扩大站车宣传、加强职工防治”为重点，巩固成效、提高水平，突出实效性和常态化，将艾滋病防治与健康教育相结合，深入持久地推动铁路艾滋病防治工作，进一步扩大高铁和客流较大车站防艾宣传覆盖面，力争达到100%，跨局列车和局管快车广播宣传率要达到100%。
与会人员还观看了预防艾滋病宣传片。铁道部有关司局、直属单位负责人和铁路系统预防艾滋病宣传员陈寒柏参加了会议。
