河北艾滋病上升趋势 男性同性性行为传播上升明显

中新社石家庄4月28日电 (记者 牛琳)河北省卫生厅厅长杨新建在28日召开的该省防治艾滋病工作委员会全体会议上透露，目前该省艾滋病疫情总体呈低流行态势，但报告疫情呈上升趋势，形势依然严峻。
据介绍，截至2010年底，河北累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人2645例，其中本省籍1960例，现症病人1136例，死亡645例。
杨新建分析说，河北省报告疫情呈上升趋势，区域分布不断扩大，特定人群感染率较高，人群分布呈多元化。同时，性传播已成为艾滋病主要传播途径，去年报告的所有感染者性传播占到85%，传播方式更加隐蔽，特别是男性同性性行为传播上升明显。
河北省副省长孙士彬表示，将对有易感染艾滋病病毒危险行为人群采取综合干预措施，通过摆放安全套或安装自动售套机等提高安全套使用率，强化性病防治，规范性病诊疗服务。
孙士彬说，河北省将确保所有县级以上疾病预防控制机构、医疗和妇幼保健机构具备咨询检测能力，医疗卫生机构还要主动开展艾滋病病毒、梅毒检测咨询。同时，在血站开展并逐步扩大核酸检测，保障临床用血安全。
孙士彬强调，对感染艾滋病病毒的孕产妇及其所生婴幼儿，免费提供治疗、预防性用药等系列干预措施，以降低艾滋病母婴传播和先天梅毒的发生。
