有媒体报道称，包括广东在内的6省市发现一种被称为“阴性艾滋病”的神秘病毒，广东已成立专家组展开调查。昨天，卫生部新闻发言人表示，目前可排除该人群感染艾滋病病毒，也没有证据表明该人群所述疾病具有传染性和聚集性，没有临床、实验室和流行病学证据支持该人群患有某种传染性疾病。其实，在青岛也有一批“恐艾族”，他们在网上开设QQ群 “自救”。本报记者昨
日潜入“恐艾”QQ群，了解到，他们一直担心自己染上艾滋病而反复检查都没有查出但总是不放心，“心病”难医。
有Q友曾做过20次检测
为了解 “恐艾症”患者的真实生活，昨晚记者申请加入了恐艾咨询QQ群。在群里，记者找到了一个名叫“海边大宝”的青岛群友。他就是一个典型的“恐艾族”。通过聊天，记者得知，他今年34岁，2年前一次出差，在外地酒吧里有过一次一夜情。这次高危性行为之后，他就开始“发病”。
“先是不断地感冒发烧，接着就出现了关节痛等症状。这让我很担心，赶紧去疾控中心检测艾滋病。经过检查，结果是阴性，一度让我松了一口气。可是从那之后，虽然吃了很多药，看了很多大夫都说我没事，但是我的免疫力依然低下，而且各种症状依然存在。”“海边大宝”告诉记者，他再次陷入困境中，又开始不断地去检测艾滋病。到现在，他已经检测了20多次，但是依然没有发现问题。
一年五六万个咨询电话
“如今，每天都接到大量咨询电话。很多人是有过高危性行为之后，出现了不适症状担心自己感染艾滋病。”市疾控中心性病艾滋病防治科主任姜珍霞告诉记者，这些人往往没查出艾滋病病毒，但由于担心反复到疾控中心咨询。 ”据市疾控中心统计，一年来有五六万人咨询艾滋病问题。其中绝大部分人是发生过无保护的性行为之后，便出现了一些不适症状，而产生了恐慌。
记者调查发现，多数“恐艾族”所反映的情况均被医生一一驳斥，他们说发烧，医生经过仔细测量，好多并不烧；他们说舌苔白，医生认为精神过度紧张会引起内分泌失调，会导致舌苔发白；他们说皮疹，医生说，没有一个人的皮肤是完好无损的……这就让他们常年生活在恐惧当中，无法自拔。
是艾滋病肯定会查出来
市疾控中心微生物与寄生虫检验科是唯一的一个艾滋病确证实验室。对于“阴性艾滋病”的报道，专家们予以否定。从1995年就开始从事艾滋病市疾控中心微生物与寄生虫检验科汪主任肯定地告诉记者：“以咱们现有的检测技术，不存在检测不出来艾滋病病毒的可能。有些人怀疑艾滋病病毒变异，这也不可能。病毒变异有个进程，不可能一下子从阳性变成阴性。 ”
汪主任介绍，艾滋病病毒检测大概可分为两大步。第一步叫筛查检测，一般是在各区市疾控中心和相关医院内进行，被检测对象范围很广。在第一步的筛查中，如果发现有的血液样本呈阳性，那么样本就会送到市疾控中心来做进一步的检测。被送到艾滋病确证实验室的血液标本，需要先登记编号，然后储存在冰箱内。确证实验做完后，如果还是呈阳性的血液样本，就可以确定为携带艾滋病病毒的感染者了。这个过程最少需要24小时。一旦被确定呈阳性的血液标本，就将被冷藏在-80℃的环境中，待集中到一定数量时，这些样本会被集体送到省疾控中心保存。
对于很多“恐艾族”反映存在长期免疫力低下，关节疼痛等症状，专家们认为，长期心理负担重会导致免疫系统紊乱而产生一些病症。(记者 田璐 实习生 张桂豪)
去年前11个月发现感染者134例
去年世界艾滋病日前夕，本市发布了2010年艾滋病疫情形势。根据疫情形势通报，2010年1月1日至11月25日，本市共发现报告艾滋病感染者 134例。本市12个区市均有发现报告，发现的艾滋病感染者中外来流动人口占多数，为67%。
在134例感染者中，男性112例占83.6%，女性22例占16.4%；本市人口44例，占33%，外来流动人口90例，占67%；从感染途径看，经同性接触感染72例，占53.7%，异性性接触感染43例，占32.1%，注射吸毒感染6例，占4.5%，其他或感染途径不详13例，占9.7%。新发现的感染者以男性为多数，男性所占比例为83.6%；主要是对同性接触人群的主动筛查发现增多所致；男同性接触感染占性传播比例为63%。
