“恐艾症”需要心理干预

“阴性艾滋病”之所以能让人信以为真，并引起恐慌，关键还在于它有着明显的生理症状：淋巴肿胀、皮下出血、舌苔生绒毛等和艾滋病患者极为相像，还有免疫力下降、头疼等其他表现。
心理上的焦虑、怀疑等障碍，怎么会引起生理上明显的反应？记者就此事咨询了苏北医院心理门诊的石元洪博士。他说，这是心理暗示所致，在临床上此类病人很常见。
4月5日，石元洪遇到了一个“恐艾”病人，是个学生，他怀疑自己感染了艾滋病，渐渐出现了没劲、心慌等症状，就同艾滋病联系在一起，更加紧张。
“这实际是在不断的心理暗示下所产生的一种应激反应。”石元洪举例说，“已有抑郁症或在过去12个月内遭受抑郁症困扰的患者，比其他人出现躯体疼痛及其他症状的频率明显提高，就是受此影响。”
而这种心理暗示，还造就了医学上的一种新分科“医学无法解释的症状”。在石元洪的门诊上，经常会遇到出现各种身体问题的患者，比如胸痛、心悸、疲乏、头昏、头痛、腹痛、体重下降、咳嗽、便秘、视物旋转等，但他们都查不出具体是什么疾病。在综合性医院所有专科门诊中，此类患者约占到患者总数的30%—40%。
石元洪说：“这些‘怪病’以现在的医疗水平无法根治。但通过心理干预，对缓解患者的症状会有帮助。而这其中也包括恐艾症。”
