中南医院每月接诊50余阴滋病患者

恐慌小伙每天要求检测
今年30岁的王先生已成家，但因一次高危行为，出现所谓皮疹、舌苔发白等情况，他怀疑自己患上艾滋病。他到网上一查才知道，这种症状被称为“阴性艾滋病”，网上说这是一种未知的新型病毒，目前无法治疗。
王先生向妻子坦白此事后，导致每天闹矛盾，更是被妻子逼着去检测是否患上艾滋病。三个月前，王先生到中南医院感染科就诊，他伸出手和舌头让医生看，指着舌头上的白斑告诉医生，这就是艾滋病引起的免疫力下降的表现。经仔细检查，高世成告诉他，舌头白斑和红疹都和艾滋病的症状不符，而艾滋病病毒检测结果显示，王先生并没感染。

自称“阴滋病”者多为男性
高世成介绍，感染科的每个医生都接诊了不少这样的患者，包括桂希恩教授。所谓“阴性艾滋病”其实就是一种恐艾症，很多人说自己发烧、红疹、体重下降、淋巴肿大等都和艾滋病症状相似，然而经过仔细检查，他们所述症状与艾滋病症状不同，绝大多数与恐惧心理有关。
医生们每天都会接诊这样的病人，多为年轻男性，因有过高危行为而恐惧不已。而且这类人十分顽固，不肯听医生解释，所以他们会到多家医院进行数次艾滋病病毒检测。
高世成介绍，也有一部分人听劝，年初有一个应届毕业生因毕业典礼后有过一次高危行为怀疑自己患上艾滋病，就医后感到人生无望，也不想考研了，后经检测、耐心解释和心理治疗，小伙子考上了研究生。“恐惧不是错，但要用科学的态度去对待，如果经过检测没有问题，就不要再怀疑了，数次检测也是对医疗资源的浪费。”高世成说。
