近日，一种被传为“阴性艾滋病”的神秘病毒备受关注。4月5日卫生部已就此澄清，称“阴性艾滋病”只是恐艾症状。6日、7日，记者连续两天与自述“阴性艾滋病”群体接触了解到，他们中的很多人并不认同官方说法，仍然坚持认为自己身患不明病毒。我省相关专家也明确指出，“不能单纯因为症状相似而去判断疾病。”

自述“阴性艾滋病”者：频繁检测，都要疯了
对于林华(化名)来说，“阴性艾滋病”是个新词儿。但她对这个词儿背后包含的症状非常熟悉：乏力、盗汗、消瘦、关节疼、身体变形……
“2003年1月6日下午，我去当地一家医院抽血检查，那个护士用了没有包装袋的针筒，我当时没注意，结果12天后，我开始发烧、淋巴肿大。”4月7日下午，林华告诉记者，一个多月后，她去做了HIV抗体检测，结果是阴性的，但是她发现家人也出现了相同症状。先是爸爸频繁感冒，后来老妈也犯了咽喉炎，老公和儿子也没有逃过。
后来几乎每隔一个月她都去做一次检测，这样持续做了一年多，结果都是阴性。“我都要疯了，既然没有感染艾滋病毒，怎么老是出现这种病症呢？”
她直到现在也没有告诉家人真相，但是看到家人跟自己一样饱受病痛折磨，她愧疚得想自杀。“尤其是我的儿子，本来学习很好，但是现在常常发烧、腹泻、成绩下滑，考大学都成问题。是我害了他。”
2009年，她无意中发现了有一个名为“寻找真相”的网站。网站里面聚集了一群跟她一样有相似特征的人：他们大多有“高危”行为，最初怀疑自己感染艾滋病，于是反复做HIV抗体检测，结果都是阴性。但临床上始终找不到病毒，很多医生认为他们是精神因素导致的。
据网站管理员之一陈新(化名)介绍，目前这样的QQ群有数十个，最大的群里有上百人，“我们希望能凝聚力量，让政府给予关注，找出真相。”
官方称是“恐艾症”有人仍难认同
对于活跃于网络空间的这一群体，卫生部新闻发言人邓海华说，“阴性艾滋病”在网上已经炒了好几年了，实际上是一些人“恐艾”症状的表现。
“有些人是先有症状，然后才开始怀疑的。另外，也有一些人感染后，家人在不知情的情况下也出现了症状，这怎么解释？”陈新对“恐艾”说法并不认同。
陈新今年32岁，在2009年的一次出差中，他到街头小诊所补了一个牙，不久之后就出现了发烧、舌头发白、乏力、荨麻疹反复发作，一直到现在还在吃罗红霉素和氯雷他定。他先后做过8次HIV检测，全部是阴性。
2010年1月10日和17日，陈新所在QQ群里的59人在北京地坛医院做抽血化验。检测结果全部是阴性，得到的答复是精神因素造成的。对于这个结果，他们中有人认为“只是常规检查，没有根本意义”。他们认为要做的不是艾滋病病毒检测，而是要做病原体分离鉴定查明原因。 文/片 本报记者 郭静
