广东上个月手足口病腹泻高发 艾滋病仍列死亡之首

南都讯 记者王道斌通讯员陈广泰 记者昨日从广东省卫生厅获悉，根据该厅对4月(2011年4月1日零时至4月30日24时)统计显示，全省共报告甲、乙类传染病发病22759例，死亡90人。其中，无甲类传染病报告。乙类除传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人禽流感、乙脑、登革热、炭疽、白喉和血吸虫病无发病、死亡报告外，其余18种传染病均有报告。
据悉，4月乙类传染病报告发病数居前五位的病种为：肺结核、梅毒、乙肝、丙肝和淋病，占报告发病总数的91.27%；报告死亡数居前三位的病种为：艾滋病、狂犬病和肺结核，占报告死亡总数的95.56%。
此外，4月全省共报告丙类传染病发病20137例，死亡2例。报告发病数居前三位的病种为：手足口病、其它感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎，占丙类传染病报告发病总数的91.94%。
