云南省社科院首创“艾滋病防治与性”教育模式

昆明信息港讯 记者王鹏 5月21日,在云南省社会科学院举行了《增强艾滋病防治教育中的性/社会性别敏感》项目结题成果推介会。本次由省社科院联合禁毒防艾教育基地共同开展的“增强艾滋防治教育中的性/社会性别敏感”的教育模式,经过两年的实践研究,填补了国内相关领域空白,推动了云南艾滋病防治与性的教育,并为艾滋病防治培养了一批准教师。
据了解,“艾滋病防治与性”学术研究,国内外已有相关论著,但其作为科普性知识研发,成为艾滋防治教育中的主要内容,国外还处于一个摸索学术研究的阶段。2009年6月云南省社科院联合省教育厅,在云南省学校禁毒和预防艾滋病教学科研示范培训基地、云南省青少年禁毒教育培训基地、云南省学校防治艾滋病教育培训基地三个艾滋防治教育基地开展项目研究。
《增强艾滋病防治教育中的性/社会性别敏感》项目以在校青年学生、在职学员和部分中小学老师为主要研究对象,通过参与式培训的方式,加深他们对社会性别和预防艾滋病病毒传播关系的理解,明白采取性健康、性别平等措施,对预防艾滋病病毒传播的可能性,并通过此次学习,使其跨出校园,走进田野针对农村乡医、教管所干警开展相关培训和研讨,成为艾滋病防治教育的主力军。
实践研究表明:把关注“艾滋病防治”转换为关注“安全性行为”更具正当性,也更具社会说服力。参与项目研究的成员普遍认为,性知识和性别意识的提升,是健康权利的一部分,提高女性尤其是青年女性和农村妇女科学的性知识尤为重要,避免其在“无知”的情况下感染病毒;与此同时,也要消除文化偏见上的男“性”知识(鼓励高风险性行为和不尊重性伴意愿),只有改变或影响社会性别定型,重构性别平等的和谐关系,才能够让艾滋防治成为人们日常生活和工作的自觉行动。
云南省卫生厅副厅长、省防治艾滋病局局长徐和平表示,由于种种原因,云南省仍是艾滋病的重灾区,艾滋病防治工作面临的形势不容乐观,而此项研究成果的最大价值不仅在于将理论和实践相结合,有效地整合资源,还在中体现了人文关怀,为其在实践中的推广应用打下基础,来源昆明日报)
