保持低发状态 内蒙古16年累计报告艾滋病感染者和患者855例

新报讯（记者 段丽萍） 10日，内蒙古自治区卫生厅印发《关于落实进一步加强艾滋病防治工作的通知》，要求我区各地深入开展全区艾滋病防治工作，落实各项预防控制措施，保持我区艾滋病低发状态。
据了解，我区自1996年报告首例艾滋病感染者以来，截至今年4月30日，全区累计报告艾滋病感染者和患者855例。其中，2010年203例，2011年1至4月份已报116例，各地报告病例有逐年明显上升趋势，防治形势不容乐观。
我区虽然是艾滋病的低发流行区，部分地区艾滋病病例相对较少、疫情较轻或暂时无疫情，但是一些地方领导对艾滋病防治工作的严重性、艰巨性和紧迫性认识不足，存在麻痹松懈和消极厌战情绪，对防治工作不重视，监测检测、宣传教育、行为干预等政策措施不落实，规划目标任务不能完成。为此，自治区卫生厅要求各地必须加强组织领导，统筹规划，按照职责分工，密切配合、科学实施，落实“一把手”负责制，落实艾滋病防治的各项防控措施。各地要了解掌握本地的防治工作实际，制定适合本地的实施计划，解决本地影响艾滋病流行的重要环节、主要地区和重点人群的艾滋病防治问题。
