苏州一年筛查艾滋病81万人次

本报讯（记者 李晓）早期发现、早期管理是防治艾滋病的重要措施，去年，我市共监测81.4万人次，发现艾滋病感染者225例。从总体上看，我市艾滋病处于低流行状态，疫情增长速度较以往有所减缓，但在男男同性性行为人群中局部流行，并呈现快速增长态势。这是记者昨天（24）从市艾滋病防治工作委员会成员会议上获得的消息。副市长王鸿声出席会议。
截至2010年底，我市累计报告艾滋病感染者和病人935例，其中男性739例，女性196例。从传播途径看，经性接触传播646例，占69.09%，其中异性传播388例，占41.5%；同性传播258例，占27.59%；经采供血、输血及血制品感染61例，占6.53%；经静脉吸毒感染127例，占13.58%；经母婴传播6例，占0.64%；传播来源不详73例。
去年我市在常熟、相城区、吴江、市母子医疗保健中心新增结核病门诊、流动人口、暗娼、孕产妇4个艾滋病哨点监测工作，我市监测哨点也因此增加到10类13个。此外，我市还对被羁押人员进行检测，自愿咨询检测人次在去年超过1万。
