马悦凌真敢忽悠人：当归注射治绝症 放言攻克艾滋病

养生领域最近又起波澜。以宣扬“生吃泥鳅能治病”而闻名的马悦凌，在沉寂一段时间后，近日又凭着“渐冻人是我治疗的最简单的病”、“下一个目标是攻克艾滋病”等狂言，一下子引发众媒体关注。马悦凌在其个人网站上称，一位叫刘如杰的河北渐冻人患者，在经过她两个月的治疗后，病情明显好转：头颈从耷拉下垂到逐渐昂首，胳膊从绵软无力到逐渐有力、手掌可以翻动，身体肌肉从不受控制到渐有反应……一时引发众多患者追捧。对此，有专家批驳说，渐冻人在全世界都是一种无法治愈的疾病，她仅凭这些手段就能让病人好起来，实在太荒谬了。6月29日，南京市卫生监督部门表示，他们已经开始以涉嫌非法行医为由，对马悦凌展开调查，结果将及时向社会公布。
这位被冠以“养生教母”称号的马悦凌到底何许人也？她靠什么本事在养生领域屡掀波澜？去年6月本报曾对她的养生论调进行过质疑，本期《生命时报》再次深入调查她的行医经历。
“渐冻人是我治过的最简单的病”
2010年6月，多家媒体报道了四川、湖南、江苏等地，上百名市民看了马悦凌《不生病的智慧》一书后，采取她所宣扬的“生吃泥鳅”疗法，导致寄生虫缠身被送进医院。这一事件曾让马悦凌遭到大众舆论和多方专家的批评、质疑与指责，也让这位曾多次高调出现在电视台养生节目的“专家”逐渐淡出人们视线。就在人们以为这位“养生教母”已快销声匿迹时，媒体近日一篇报道却披露，马悦凌已转移“战场”，开始研究渐冻症等疑难杂症的治疗。
据报道，马悦凌把渐冻人症称为“她治疗过的最简单的病”。她给４５岁的渐冻人李凯（化名）开的治疗方案有：吃生泥鳅，第一天两条，以后一天一条，连吃三天，“祛除体内肝火”。还用自己的独创疗法“全身穴位注射当归液”指导他“每隔七天进行一次全身穴位注射”，每次沿着大椎、陶道等穴位，“共计扎了180针，注射了180毫升的复方当归注射液。”而另一位渐冻症患者刘如杰，则是马悦凌“指导治疗”的第一个“渐冻人”，并被她作为“成功案例”拍成视频放到了个人网站上。在那里，马悦凌放言，自己将“向世人证明，这种千古绝症，并不像医学所说的那样毫无治愈希望”。正是这吸引了越来越多的渐冻症患者向她求助。
马悦凌对渐冻症患者的治疗共分为两步。一是“从饮食上为患者补足气血，戒除寒凉、疏通血脉。”所吃的食物包括黑米糊、牛鞭粥、虾羹、牛肉、红枣桂圆羹、当归粉，以及她自己研制的固元膏等。在此基础上，再“通过艾熏、注射复方当归液、按摩、刮痧走罐、泡脚等方式为患者祛除寒湿、排出毒素、疏通经络。”
6月29日，《生命时报》记者采访了两位接受过马悦凌治疗的渐冻症患者。第一位患者的爱人表示，就因为看了马悦凌放在网站上的视频，觉得老伴终于“有救了”，于是从去年11月开始在线接受马悦凌的指导治疗，如今已有206天，主要方法就是生吃泥鳅、吃黑米糊、泡脚、梳头、按摩耳朵、当归注射等，并每天在网站上发布治疗记录，且能及时得到马悦凌的回复。另一位患者来自天津，他的保姆告诉记者，去年年底她曾陪患者到北京接受过马悦凌三个月的当面指导，但因马悦凌在治疗一个月后索要费用而产生误会。在马悦凌的个人网站上，患者的女儿对此表示了一定质疑，便立即招来该论坛网友“忘恩负义”、“好心没好报”等指责。在该患者的主题帖中，记者发现，北京治疗期间，马悦凌曾一次在他324个穴位注射当归注射液，被“马迷”们赞为“艺高人胆大”。据马悦凌的助手说，“治疗‘渐冻人’只是马悦凌探索人类健康的一个项目”，“下一步马老师准备攻克艾滋病”。
从“体弱护士”到“养生教母”
这位专治疑难杂症的“神医”究竟何许人？马悦凌原名马秋红，1963年生于南京，1979年初中毕业后考上南京第二卫生学校，2000年初之前一直在南京医科大学第二附属医院当护士，至今仍是初级护士职称。据《扬子晚报》报道，该院办公室负责人证实，马悦凌在该院分别从事过护士和行政工作。一位老职工向记者表示认识她，但不熟，“马秋红身体不太好，长期病假，很少在医院露面。她30多岁才结婚，要孩子也迟。80年代初她最早在五官科当过护士，那时她接触范围并不广，也不活跃。”好在马悦凌的护士工作比较轻松，让她能有时间琢磨着给自己治病。
1996年，马悦凌被江苏电视台选为一档医疗保健节目兼职主持人，这让她成了养生圈内小有名气的人物。此后她在多家健康杂志开专栏，并将自己整理的文章上传到互联网的各大论坛。自1998年因怀孕不得不辞掉电视台兼职主持人工作后，她至少有长达8年的时间消失在公众视野中。给马悦凌的人生带来转折的，是她2006年发布在多个网络论坛的文章《我简单的方法就能治好心脑血管病、癌症及多种慢性病》。据《新京报》报道，在这篇1.7万字的文章里，她称在穴位注射当归与黄芪，治好了肝癌患者；通过食疗，治好了一名肺癌患者。马悦凌在文章最后提出两个梦想，一是开办一所疗养性质的疗养院，二是拍摄系列保健电视节目，马悦凌甚至想好了电视节目的形式，取名《悦凌教你一招》。她还在文后留下了联系方式，寻找合作伙伴。不久后，凤凰出版集团江苏文艺出版社策划人联系了马悦凌。2007年9月，马悦凌著的第一本书《不生病的智慧》出版，并自此一炮走红。但实际上，这本当年被评为“十大健康好书”之一的专著，被指为是她将大众杂志上的科普文章、一些医学杂志文章、医药小报广告、加上她的胡思乱想拼凑在一起的一锅“糊涂汤”。之后，她又接连出版了《温度决定生老病死》、《父母是孩子最好的医生》、《马悦凌细说问诊单》等书，均在养生类书销量排行榜中居前列。各大电视台的养生节目，也成为她宣传的战场，从此“养生教母”的称号被广为人知。
马悦凌火了。2008年8月，她在南京成立“马悦凌健康产业集团”。该集团目前有职工200余人，由4家子公司构成，涵盖《养生》杂志、网络、技术开发、线上产品等多个内容。2010年，时任该集团的“马悦凌养生网”运营经理伍著（化名）告诉《生命时报》记者，马悦凌在北京每天都会与他们通话，了解网友的疾病情况并给予指导。据记者了解，网站上光正式注册的会员已有20余万，临时访客则更多。
在调查中，《生命时报》记者在她开办的淘宝商城品牌直营店内看到，不同种类的“马悦凌牌固元膏”、“马悦凌糕”多达十几种，其中普通型固元膏销量最好，一种售价为110元的马悦凌糕的固元膏已卖出了9300多份，而儿童型正品、低糖型正品和普酒型正品也都分别售出了2000多份。记者随后在网上搜索其他品牌的固元膏，发现成分同样以阿胶、红枣、核桃为主，但马悦凌品牌固元膏的价格却高出一倍左右。仅仅按照淘宝网店的这些数据来计算，四种产品的“营业额”就已达到180多万。
“神奇疗法”遭专家痛批
那么，马悦凌的方法是否真有那么神奇，能治疗多种不治之症？《生命时报》记者采访权威专家，对其观点一一点评。
生吃泥鳅、当归穴位注射等能治渐冻人、癌症。北京大学第三医院副院长、神经内科主任樊东升教授在接受媒体采访时表示，让患者生吃泥鳅很危险，活泥鳅本身就带有各种寄生虫，容易引发感染。剁碎后有骨刺也不易消化，一旦堵在喉咙，十分危险。对于全身都逐渐失去运动能力、吞咽困难的渐冻人症患者来说，生吃活泥鳅更是一枚随时可能引爆的地雷。他表示，生吃泥鳅与穴位注射当归液治疗渐冻人症，没有任何科学依据。北京大学第三医院神经内科主任医师沈扬教授也表示，渐冻人病是世界级难题，患者的平均寿命只有3—5年，个别能活到10年以上，像霍金这样能活这么长时间的很少。大量的临床试验都证明该病是不能治愈的，只能通过一定方法减缓进程。马悦凌却说靠吃泥鳅、注射当归注射液等就能治好，实在是很荒谬。
那么马悦凌开出的这个“处方”能治疗癌症吗？中华中医药学会肿瘤分会秘书长、北京东直门医院血液肿瘤科主任医师李忠教授告诉记者：“这也是不可能的，她的方法既不符合传统医学理论，也不符合现代医学理论。”马悦凌称当归穴位注射能通经络，对癌症患者有很好的疗效。对此，李忠表示，当归确有活血作用，但当归注射液是近几十年才出现的，在穴位上注射的科学操作难度和潜在风险都比较大。首先，穴位的选取需要讲究辨证，像马悦凌那样给患者在300多个穴位上注射，是非常危险的。其次，当归穴位注射还很容易产生局部反应，如红肿、炎症等，并不适合所有患者，很多人不能长期使用。此外，药物的选择也很有讲究，中药注射液的提纯、成分等问题仍需要更多研究，很多疗效尚未确切。李忠告诉记者，中医对肿瘤的治疗方法主要分为两类，一类是内服治疗，即使用汤药、丸药、制剂类药物等；另一类是外服治疗，即使用穴位贴服、熏洗等方法进行。现在也有静脉注射制剂，但因其成分尚不清楚等问题并不常用，临床上仍以前两种为主。
固元膏大补，能治很多病。固元膏是马悦凌的主打产品。她在书中称，用阿胶、黑芝麻、核桃仁、红枣、冰糖、黄酒制作的“固元膏”，不但能治疗女性流产后恶露不净，还能治疗小儿哮喘、痛风、心脏病。北京老年医院中医科主任刘德泉说，该方配伍虽有补血作用，一定程度上能起到提高免疫力的保健效果，但有点偏温，燥热体质的人就不能多吃，糖尿病人也不能吃。说这个方子能治那么多病，显然是夸大其词。
食疗、按摩、艾熏很万能。马悦凌曾在博客中写到，自己主要用这三种方法给癌症病人治疗，效果明显。“吃什么食物与治疗肿瘤的关系并不是特别大，它的主要作用是补充营养，且根据患者的脾胃功能来补充，并不是每个患者都盲目吃一样东西。中医强调对脾胃的调节，补充脾胃所需，是出于体质恢复的考虑，单纯通过食疗是不现实的。”李忠这样告诉记者。刘德泉则表示，艾熏、按摩虽有保健效果，但在中医中均主要起辅助作用。
高热量饮食驱寒治病。马悦凌认为现代人因身体内温度下降而引发了多种疾病，驱除体内寒凉的方法之一就是多吃高热量食物，如牛肉、海虾等，寒凉食物要少吃甚至不吃。对此，李忠表示，高热量饮食对肿瘤等重症患者没有一点好处。中医有个理论叫“虚不受益”，也就是患者身体太虚弱了，补益身体反而可能接受不了。我们常说的“人参杀人无过”，指的就是人参虽补，但吃得不对也是致命的。对于肿瘤等重症病人，临床上多采用平补、温补的方法，做一些基础补益，否则身体会接受不了。事实上，对普通人来说，日常饮食关注食物的偏热偏凉性意义不大，只需注意饮食规律即可。
“神医”为何管不住
去年5月，本报《该不该相信张悟本》的独家报道曾引发了社会对中医养生的热议，但为何像马悦凌、张悟本式的人物依然层出不穷？
目前，南京市卫生监督部门表示已正式介入调查，其相关负责人表示，马悦凌没有固定的诊疗场所，在网络上指导治疗“渐冻人”是科普宣传还是医疗行为，需进一步调查。此外，她宣称指导治疗“渐冻人”不收取费用，该行为具体是科学研究还是非法行医，同样需要调查。
北京大学医学部卫生法学教研室副教授李晓农认为，“非法行医”指的是，无医师执照进行诊疗活动，或在非登记执业地点进行诊疗活动。按照这个说法，马悦凌的行为就应属于非法行医。尽管没有诊所，但她为患者治病的行为是确实存在的。一般来说，卫生行政部门发现非法行医，大致有两个途径，一是根据群众举报查处，二是主动履行职权过程中发现有非法行医行为进行查处。
在北京大学医学人文研究院医学伦理与法律研究中心副主任王岳看来，张悟本、马悦凌等人声称自己提供的并非是医疗服务，而是“咨询”、“调理”、“指导”，且号称不卖药，推荐的也多是食品，恰恰是通过这种方式将自己的行为游离在卫生法律制度之外。我国现行卫生法律、法规中对“医疗行为”尚无准确、完整定义，加大了对他们的查处难度，也必然会在执法过程中产生争议和纠纷。
王岳说“神医”层出不穷一定程度上也与医院看病太贵，诚信不足有关。医患关系不好，让部分患者对医院失去信任，寻找非常规方法治病。李晓农则认为，政府要加大监管力度，尤其是常在电视上露面，或在民间有一些影响的“神医”，卫生行政部门应该严格管控，一旦发现问题，要及时加以查处惩治。
事实上，“神医”之所以能够走上“神坛”，离不开团队的包装，离不开其本人的口才等能力，也离不开普通老百姓的医疗保健需求。在李忠看来，很多没有临床经验的人之所以“一炮走红”，一方面在于他们常常利用老百姓熟知的道理，赢得信任后将其无限扩大化。这与临床医生是很不一样的，越是参与临床的大夫会越谨慎，因为他们知道临床工作关乎人的生命，是有风险的。所以，不会向“神医”那么大胆，自夸和自我包装。面对一个病人，如果医生治好的把握有十分，也会说成七分，但“神医”们则相反，会将一分的把握说成十分。
王岳认为，这些年来，“神医”屡打不尽的一个更重要原因就是“以罚代刑”。国家对于这种毫无职业道德、大吹牛皮的“神医”，应当依据《中华人民共和国刑法》，以诈骗罪追究其刑事责任，而不能仅以取缔、罚款的行政处罚草草了事。“作为普通老百姓，也一定要增强自己的判断能力。要做到这一点，其实并不难。”卫生部中国健康教育专家田向阳表示，一是查看其有无医生行医资质，如果没有则不要轻信；二是验证其说法到底对不对，比如向其他医生求证；三是一定要多问几个“为什么”：他为什么这样说，有无科学依据等；四是平时注意提高医学科学素养，多通过正规渠道了解一些医疗常识。田向阳还提醒重症或绝症患者，应该乐观、科学地对待疾病，不可盲从。事实证明，很多过去所谓的绝症已被攻克，靠的还是医学科学。要珍惜生命，更要相信科学。
