2011年6月28日上午，卫生部副部长黄洁夫会见了来访的布隆迪公共卫生与艾滋病防治部部长萨宾娜·恩塔卡鲁蒂马纳（Sabine NTAKARUTIMANA）一行，双方就深化中布卫生合作进行了友好会谈。
黄洁夫副部长积极评价中布双边关系和卫生合作成果，简要介绍了中国深化医药卫生体制改革的进展情况。他指出，中国政府积极落实中非论坛北京峰会的各项后续行动，在对非派遣医疗队、援建医院、人力资源培训等方面取得了积极成果。恩塔卡鲁蒂马纳感谢中方在卫生领域提供的无私援助与支持，特别是派遣医疗队和援建医院，为促进布卫生事业发展和人民健康做出了重要贡献。双方还就援布医疗队、援建医院重点专科临床培训和医疗物资援助等领域的合作深入交换了意见。
卫生部国际合作司、国际交流中心负责人，以及布隆迪驻华大使等参加了会见。恩塔卡鲁蒂马纳部长一行是应卫生部邀请来华访问的。除北京外，代表团还赴承派援布隆迪医疗队的青海省进行了访问。
