　　    中非携手共抗艾滋——“2011非洲国家艾滋病防治研修班”侧记

　　    新华网成都８月２日电（记者 余里）“因为你们的努力，来自１３个国家的学员都成为中国派往这些国家的‘大使’。当我们返回各自的国家后，我们会在自己的国家传播中国人民美好友谊的信息。”来自非洲利比里亚的卫生官员菲利普·凯萨尔在“２０１１非洲英语国家艾滋病防治研修班”上说。

　　    这是继２００４年中国商务部在四川首次举办非洲国家艾滋病防治官员研修班以来，第１１期为发展中国家举办的艾滋病防治研修班。８年来，来自６７个发展中国家的３９５名从事艾滋病防治工作的官员、专家与中方专家，就共同关心的艾滋病防治工作中的问题进行了深入交流和探讨。

　　    “这是我第一次来中国，也是第一次参加这样的研修班。通过交流和讨论，我们了解了更多关于卫生、经济、社会等各方面的先进信息与知识。”尼日尔卫生部艾滋病防治地区协调员穆穆尼·孔达拉说。

　　    研修班的举办，加深了与会学员对各自在艾滋病防治工作中采取的策略和措施的理解，提高了共同应对艾滋病的能力。通过研修班平台，来自不同国家的学员们增进了解、加深友谊、提高认识、促进合作，研修班的举办受到大家的一致好评。

　　    “２０１１非洲国家艾滋病防治官员研修班”分为两期，分别针对非洲法语国家和英语国家，于７月２５日圆满结束。在为期２１天的学习中，研修班学员除了完成在四川成都的学习，还参观了中国不同层次的疾病预防控制中心及相关医疗机构，游览四川和北京的名胜古迹。

　　    根据联合国艾滋病规划署公布的最新数据，非洲仍是全球受艾滋病影响最严重的地区，仅撒哈拉沙漠以南非洲地区新增艾滋病病毒感染者人数就占全球的７０％。不过，可喜的是，这一地区的艾滋病病毒感染率正在下降。
