桂林市30.6万人中有数百例艾滋病毒感染者和病人

　　  桂林生活网讯（记者支荣实习生何月明）记者昨天从市卫生局获悉，下半年全市将扩大艾滋病抗体监测检测面，力争全年检测覆盖面达到全市人口总数的10%，这意味着桂林市全年艾滋病抗体检测人数要达到50万。截至7月31日，我市已经为30.6万人进行了HIV抗体检测，发现数百例艾滋病毒感染者和艾滋病人。

　　市卫生局有关负责人表示，之所以扩大监测检测覆盖面，就是为了最大限度发现艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病人。从而有效减少新生儿感染，有效减少艾滋病病毒传播几率，提高治疗和关怀服务水平。

　　目前，我市对艾滋病抗体进行监测检测方式主要有以下几种。一是可通过艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测（VCT）进行咨询和检测，该方式已经覆盖市区12家二级以上医疗机构；二是可以通过免费婚前医学检查；三是各大医院健康体检以及住院病人术前检测；四是孕产妇检查检测。

　　除以上检测咨询方式外，近期我市还新增了医务人员主动提供的检测咨询服务工作（简称PITC）。医务人员主动为前来医疗机构就诊的患者提供HIV检测咨询服务。该检测咨询方式的服务对象为医疗机构各科室门诊18岁以上的就诊者和所有住院病人（术前、输血前HIV抗体检测除外）。每名就诊者在“知情不拒绝”的原则下一年可进行一次HIV抗体检测。

　　市卫生局有关负责人表示，这种新增的检测咨询方式更加突出了医务人员服务的主动性，这对提高大众和医务人员艾滋病知识知晓率，提高就诊者艾滋病抗体检测率和感染情况知晓率具有重要意义。
