　　雅培艾滋病检测试纸是一种用免疫层析法原理定性测定血样的HIV抗体。加样本入反应条，如果样品中含有HIV1/2抗体，抗体将会与硒胶体-抗原结合，被固相包被的合成肽和重组抗原所捕捉固定，形成一条红线。如果样品中不含有HIV1/2抗体，硒胶体-抗原结合物将不会与固相包被的合成肽和重组抗原结合，则没有一条红线形成。
