广西贵港按人均1元标准每年配套防艾经费

近日，广西贵港市在市区、桂平市、平南县三地同时启动2011年预防艾滋病“百次演出、千场电影、万人受训、百万人参与”宣传系列活动，组织开展形式多样的艾滋病防治宣传教育活动，推动防治艾滋病宣传教育进社区、进家庭，真正做到家喻户晓、深入人心。
启动仪式上，来自卫生系统、青年、建筑工人、学生、宾馆娱乐场所、妇女等6支防艾宣传志愿者队伍接受了艾滋病防治宣传旗帜。2000多名社会各界人士参加启动仪式，他们在“万人防治艾滋病承诺”横幅上签下自己的名字，承诺志愿成为抗击艾滋病的一员，共同承担社会责任，共同抗击艾滋病。
据悉，贵港市2011年按要求增加了防治艾滋病行政人员和专业技术人员编制，根据人均1元的标准每年配套500万元防治艾滋病经费，并列入财政年度预算，由市防艾办统一调配使用。从即日起，贵港市将举办百场防艾文艺演出、千场防艾电影、百场防治艾滋病知识培训讲座、防艾知识竞赛活动，走进社区村屯、企业学校及娱乐场所等场所。
目前，贵港市不断完善艾滋病监测体系建设，建立健全医疗救治网络和感染者管理服务体系，加强对重点地区、重点人群和重点环节的干预和服务，遏制艾滋病的蔓延和流行。。
