为广泛、深入、持久地做好防治艾滋病的宣传教育工作，增强群众的自我保护意识，提高抵制和防范艾滋病的能力，遏制艾滋病在我区的传播和蔓延，保护人民群众生命健康安全，促进我区经济社会又好又快发展，自治区党委宣传部、自治区防治艾滋病办公室决定，面向全社会公开征集防治艾滋病宣传标语、山歌作品。征集事项如下：

个人或集体自主创作的防治艾滋病宣传标语、山歌
五、作品要求
应征作品要求内容健康，具有时代感，能够准确反映艾滋病的防治知识，突出体现艾滋病是不可治愈的致死性疾病，艾滋病对国家、家庭和个人的危害，以及艾滋病的预防措施。充分体现广西各民族山歌的风格和特点，通俗易懂，形象贴切，琅琅上口，便于记忆，易于传唱，力求生动、鲜活，艺术性强、导向正确，短小精悍。单条标语一般不得超过20字，山歌不能少于4句。
六、投稿方式
所有征集作品直接投寄到自治区党委宣传部宣传处，邮编530022。同时将电子版发送到电子邮箱：
[email protected]。请作者注明个人基本信息（姓名、工作单位、联系地址、电话、电子信箱等通讯方式）。凡投稿作品以投送日期邮戳为准，请注明“防艾征集作品”字样。
七、作品权属
凡入围作品，作者本人拥有著作权。主办单位拥有无偿展示权、使用权、修改权和出版权。因作品权益而产生的纠纷，由应征者自行负责。应征作品凡被认定属于抄袭、剽窃的，将取消其参选资格。
八、作品评选
邀请专家组成评审委员会对应征作品进行评选，评选优秀作品、优秀组织奖若干名，并向获奖单位和个人给予表彰及奖励。评选出的优秀作品将编印成《防治艾滋病宣传标语、山歌集》出版，部分优秀作品将在广西日报、广西新闻网、南国早报、当代广西等区内主要媒体刊登。

Single slogan generally not exceed 20 characters, folk songs can not be less than 4.
VI Paper Submission
All collected works directly posted to the regional party committee propaganda department Publicity Department, Code 530022. While the electronic version sent to the e-mail: [email protected]. Please indicate author basic personal information (name, affiliation, contact address, phone and e-mail communication). Submission to the delivery of work where the postmark date, please indicate "Call for AIDS prevention work," the words.
Seven, works ownership
All entries, the author owns the copyright. Free show organizers have the right to use the power to modify the rights and the copyright. Works of interest because of disputes arising from the candidates themselves. Been determined to apply for work where plagiarism, will cancel their eligibility.
Eight works selected
Invited experts work of candidates for jury selection, selection of outstanding works, the organization awards a number of excellent, award-winning units and individuals to give recognition and reward. Selected outstanding works will be published as "HIV advocacy posters, folk song collection," published in some outstanding works in the Guangxi Daily News Guangxi, southern China Morning Post, Guangxi and other areas of contemporary major media publication.
