湖北崇阳县73例艾滋感染者中59人是农民工

截至今年9月底，该县共发现73名艾滋病感染者，其中72人是农民，59人是外出打工期间感染。
打工期间一念之差
在县疾控中心，记者见到前来服药的感染者田建华（化名）。去年春节，当地疾控部门利用农民工回乡探亲机会，挨家挨户上门采样。41岁的田建华检查结果为HIV阳性。
面对记者采访，她坦言，已接受现实，但后悔当时“一念之差”。
田建华本有一个幸福的家庭，丈夫跑运输小有积蓄，女儿读书用功，是村里孩子中成绩最好的。1998年，她偶然发现丈夫在外“找过小姐”，愤而离婚，远走广州打工。
没有一技之长，田建华日子过得艰难。她与一名湖南的包工头发生了关系，“事后很后悔，但有一种报复丈夫的快感。”田建华说。之后，她发现自己时常发热、咳嗽，去医院打针吃药也不见好转。
回乡后被检查出感染艾滋病，田建华万念俱灰，一年多来一直躲着没见女儿。她在镇上一家单位做清洁工，不与任何人来往。
感染者跳涨
崇阳县2000年7月发现首例艾滋病感染者，此后几年一直以个位数增长。2007年，发现人数达到15例，2008年24例。县疾控中心主任沈芳明说，经济不景气，回乡的人多了，发现感染的人数也多了，“外出打工收入增加，也使本县成为艾滋病重灾区。”
全县73例感染者中，有3例是吸毒和输血感染，余下70例全是经性途径感染。据介绍，全县近6万人在外打工。去年对部分返乡者摸底调查，受访的15000多人中，了解艾滋病危害和传播途径的不足一半，多数受访者表示，发生性行为时未使用安全套。
农民工缺乏自我保护意识令人揪心。沈芳明说，去年元旦过后，据群众举报肖岭乡返乡农民工刘某（女）在外打工期间“乱搞男女关系”，他和工作人员上门采血检查。刘某却称“打麻将输了，正在捞本”，不配合检查。沈芳明自掏腰包50元，说“输了的钱我出”，这才采到血样。检查结果为阳性，刘某不久死亡。
记者从省疾控部门了解到，崇阳的这种现象在我省其他部分地区也存在。近几年艾滋病新发感染者中，经性接触、吸毒传播的比例已超六成，外出打工人员在外感染后带回的输入性疫情不容忽视。

As of the end of September, the county's total of 73 HIV-infected, of whom 72 were farmers, 59 people are infected during work outside the home.

Infected jump
