南宁市防艾宣传明年将周末化 向广度及深度转变

19日上午，2010年南宁市艾滋病防治宣传活动月活动走进大学东路文华园社区，通过文艺表演、有奖知识问答、发放宣传小册子等方式，让社区居民们对防治艾滋病有了更深入的了解。据悉，明年南宁市艾滋病防治活动宣传方式将有所改变，将由重点宣传向点子宣传转变，形成向广度、深度宣传。
活动中，来自高校的自愿者、广西农业职业技术学院生物技术系2010级的钟春英说，读小学、中学的时候，对艾滋病防治知识只是了解一点点，但仍对艾滋病有抗拒心理，害怕被感染。通过参加宣传活动，她对艾滋病有了更多认识，渐渐消除了恐惧心理。目前，她还加入了学校友爱服务队，希望唤起更多人的意识，对艾滋病感染者多一份关爱和理解。
以谜题形式开展的有奖问答吸引了不少社区居民的踊跃参加。“咳嗽、打喷嚏会传播艾滋病病毒吗？”“不会。”答对问题且领到奖品的张阿姨笑着再次回答了记者的另一个问题。张阿姨说，艾滋病防治宣传进社区活动应该多开展，“因为社区里的老人和家庭主妇对外接触较少，对防治艾滋病的知识也不怎么了解，通过开展这样的活动，可以让更多的居民了解相关知识。”
南宁市卫生局副局长杨晓钊介绍，今年通过综合防治艾滋病为民办实事项目的开展，全市“防艾”网络初步建立，各子项内容已基本完成。为加大“防艾”宣传力度，南宁市明年除在12月 “世界艾滋病日”集中宣传“防艾”知识外，将把“防艾”宣传贯穿日常周末、节日活动中，做到艾滋病知识宣传进单位、进企业、进学校、进娱乐场所、进村入户。同时充分利用“三八”妇女节、“五四”青年节等节假日对不同群体做不同宣传。
杨晓钊表示，在今年的基础上，有关部门已对明年南宁市的“防艾”工作有了新的设想，即通过整合公安、卫生等部门及社区的力量，对高危人群形成无缝接的防治管理系统；通过行政法规或人大立法保障“防艾”难点工作的推进，如规定新开娱乐、服务业等场必须设有发售安全套设施作为申办条件之一。（记者蓝彬彬 实习生覃楚芳）
