　　日本厚生劳动省7日说，从2009年12月28日至2010年12月26日，日本新报告的艾滋病患者达到453人，是1985年开始相关统计以来最多的一年。
　　此外，近一年来，日本各地还发现未发病的艾滋病病毒感染者1050人，这一数据自有记录以来位居第三。
　　从各年龄段来看，新增的艾滋病病毒感染者主要集中在二三十岁的男性当中，而新发现的艾滋病患者则都是30多岁的男性。另一个显著特点是，当艾滋病病毒在体内潜伏很久并导致发病时，一些患者才知道自己染有艾滋病病毒，这样的患者有所增加。
　　有资料显示，近两年来，接受艾滋病病毒检查和咨询的日本人大幅减少。厚生劳动省艾滋病动向委员会主任岩本爱指出：“由于治疗药物的研发已取得很大进展，因此即使感染艾滋病病毒，只要早检查、早确诊并及早接受适当治疗，几乎可以防止艾滋病发病。”

    贵州省卫生厅2月15日发布消息，2010年贵州加强重大传染病防控工作，强攻重点，成效凸显。其中，艾滋病防治、麻疹防治以及卫生应急工作多次得到国务院、世界卫生组织、卫生部以及贵州省委省政府充分肯定。

    2010年，针对防控重点，贵州省政府、省卫生厅分别与各市(州、地)政府、卫生局和疾控中心签订责任书，明确防控任务、目标和责任。

    各地针对传染病发病特点，抓住重点时段、重点部位、重点场所、重点人群和重点环节，做到早发现、早处置。

    全省法定甲乙类传染病报告发病率比2009年降低20.3%，全国排名从第8位下降到第11位。8个重点传染病的发病率大幅下降，其中有4个在全国排位下降。

    全年传染病暴发疫情183起，比上年下降46.3%。卫生应急处置及时有效，处置率达100%，成功开展关岭"6·28"山体滑坡、凯里"12·4"网吧爆炸等突发事件卫生应急救援。（王邻）
