东莞去年340余人感染HIV

记者日前从东莞市疾病预防控制中心获悉，去年全市各相关医疗单位共完成37万多份H IV (艾滋病病毒)抗体检测，其中确认HIV感染者340多人。
该中心负责人称，由于去年启动了全球基金艾滋病项目，得益于该项目基金的支持，东莞在艾滋病感染者及病人的管理、高危人群的干预、美沙酮维持治疗门诊的运行等方面，“做得比以往任何一年都好”。

东莞市疾病预防控制中心日前公布，在2010年，全市各相关医疗单位共完成H IV抗体检测373279份，其中确认H IV抗体阳性者，也就是H IV感染者340多人。这一数字与往年相当，但在艾滋病防治的其他方面则有明显提高。
在艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人的病例管理方面，随访率达到69.02%。而南都记者了解到，在2009年，这些感染者和病人的失访率接近九成，也就是随访率仅为10%，如今这一数字已经激增数倍。所谓失访，就是被确定H IV阳性之后，感染者就自动消失了，疾控部门找不到其踪迹。“这种情况非常多，因为他们怕暴露身份而在社会无法立足。”市疾控中心的相关负责人说。
此外，在各类高危人群的干预方面，其干预人数已达71 .8万人次，派发各类艾滋病宣传资料60万份，在抗病毒治疗及美沙酮维持治疗等方面都已达到上级的要求。
资金给力成效创史上最好
据介绍，为了阻断艾滋病母婴传播，东莞市在2010年共对12.1万名孕产妇进行了H IV抗体检测，发现艾滋病病毒抗体阳性产妇21人，全部及时采取了母婴阻断的干预措施。
“这可以说是东莞在艾滋病防治方面做得最好的一年。”市疾控中心副主任张巧利说，“这主要得益于全球基金艾滋病项目，使我们有相对充足的资金去开展工作。另外，还在于民间组织参与的积极性增大，例如彩虹工作组之类的志愿者组织在高危人群干预、同伴教育方面予以的支持。”
