中国大学生志愿者将赴基层助农民工预防艾滋病

新华网北京２月２５日电（记者白旭 李克瑶）在北京２５日举行的红丝带健康包“百校进千企”活动上，来自北京６０多所高校的志愿者表示，他们将走进企业、工厂、工地和社区，同外来务工人员一起控制艾滋病的传播。
由中国红丝带基金提供的红丝带健康包里面包含了艾滋病宣传海报和印有相关知识的扑克牌，以及工人平时需要的毛巾、口罩、安全套和指甲剪套装等日常用品。
中华红丝带基金计划动员全国１００所高校的志愿者把这些健康包发放给农民工，并向他们宣传艾滋病相关知识，提高他们的健康安全意识和艾滋病防护能力。
“流动人口是预防艾滋病的重点人群。”卫生部卫生监察专员肖东楼说。
据他介绍，在２００８年内地报告的艾滋病病毒感染者中，１９．５％是户籍与现住址不一致的流动人口，而２００９年和２０１０年报告的感染者中，这一比例分别上升为２１．３％和２４．３％。
“去帮助农民工不是对他们歧视，而是社会要补上欠他们的关怀。”中华红丝带基金形象大使白岩松说。
预防艾滋病义务宣传员濮存昕则表示，预防艾滋病需要全社会一起参与，这是每个人义不容辞的责任。
来自首钢工学院的吴潇告诉记者，她们学校有一百多名“青春红丝带”志愿者。平时他们在学校会开展反歧视和艾滋病科普宣传活动，也会定期去北京佑安医院和那里的感染者进行交流。
“通过交流，一传十、十传百地普及防艾知识是很好的控制艾滋病蔓延的方式。我们下一步会考虑去工地开展活动。”她说。
而承德来京的建筑工人钱庆双则对这样的活动表示欢迎。
４０多岁的老钱已经来京１０余年了。“我们外出打工还能有人关心我们的健康问题，我觉得很感激，”他说。“回到家后，我也会把学到的东西传递给家人。”
“胸前佩戴起红丝带意味着责任，”预防艾滋病义务宣传员蔡国庆说，“希望今后能看到更多的人佩戴起红丝带。”
截至２０１０年１０月底，中国累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和病人３７万余例，其中病人１３万余例，死亡６．８万余例。
“红丝带健康包”项目是由全国工商联和国务院艾滋病防治工作委员会办公室共同主办，中华红丝带基金负责具体实施的。自去年９月２７日启动以来，已经在全国２０个省市发放了１５０００多个。
