新疆将启动预防艾滋病、梅毒、乙型肝炎母婴传播工作

２０１１年，新疆维吾尔自治区将全面启动预防艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝母婴传播工作，在孕检中增加免费梅毒和乙肝的检测内容，一旦检测出孕产妇感染这些疾病，将对孕产妇和婴儿采取干预措施。这是记者在４月２５日召开的新疆维吾尔自治区妇幼保健与社区卫生工作会获悉的。
在中央财政的支持下，今年新疆将启动预防艾滋病、梅毒、乙型肝炎母婴传播工作。通过综合干预措施的落实，最大限度地减少由母婴传播导致的儿童艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝的发生。
项目启动后，自治区所有的医疗机构，在接诊来检查的孕妇时，都必须要求、说服每位孕妇做免费的艾滋病、梅毒以及乙肝的病毒检测。如果个别孕妇坚持拒绝检测，孕妇本人需要签署书面放弃检测的同意书，并自行承担可能因此带来的后果。
按照要求，艾滋病、梅毒和乙肝检测呈阳性的孕产妇和婴儿都将接受免费的干预性治疗。若已感染，孕产妇和婴儿能享受到免费的抗艾滋病病毒药物。患有乙肝的孕妇分娩，新生儿出生２４小时内就将进行预防接种。患有梅毒的孕妇分娩，新生儿将会采取抗病毒免费治疗。
同时，今年全区将继续实施基本公共卫生和重大公共卫生妇幼卫生部门项目工作，促进公共卫生服务均等化，开展县级妇幼保健绩效考核工作。全区社区卫生部门要重点加快社区卫生网络建设步伐，扩大社区卫生服务覆盖面；在社区卫生服务机构全面落实好国家基本药物制度；开展全区示范社区卫生服务中心创建，全面提高社区卫生服务水平。
据了解，今年，新疆的儿童保健管理人群从０--３岁扩大到０--６岁，增加口腔保健等服务内容；增加６５岁以上老年人、孕产妇等重点人群检查项目；将高血压、糖尿病患者的管理人数分别提高到５８万人、２１万人以上，发现的重性精神疾病患者全部纳入管理范围。（完）（实习编辑：杨柳）
